Nationwide Remote Support

Radiology Technical Support

Radiology technical support is what keeps a reading room running when something breaks — a display that won’t show at full resolution, a workstation that’s dropped off PACS, a driver conflict mid-shift. Texel Comp provides remote radiology technical support for imaging centers, radiologists, and teleradiology readers nationwide, covering the workstations, displays, and connections your reads depend on.

When a problem stops you from reading, you need someone who already understands the environment — not a generic help desk.

  • Radiology-focused technical support
  • Remote-first nationwide assistance
  • After-hours and weekend coverage
  • Existing or Texel-supplied equipment

Complete Reading-Station Support

What Our Radiology Technical Support Covers

We support the whole reading station, remotely:

Diagnostic Display and Multi-Monitor Problems

Displays not detected, wrong resolution, mismatched layout, or output dropping below rated quality.

PACS and DICOM Connectivity

AE title, port, and network issues that stop studies from loading or routing.

GPU and Driver Conflicts

The display-controller and graphics-driver issues that cause lag, artifacts, or blank screens.

Calibration Software

Setup and troubleshooting of Barco QAWeb, EIZO RadiCS, and LG tools (your QA team owns validation).

Workstation Performance

Slow PACS, freezing, storage, and Windows issues on radiology workstations.

KVM and Peripherals

KVM switching, dictation microphones, and connection problems across multi-system stations.

Support Built Around Reading

Remote Support That Understands Radiology

Remote-First, Built for Reading Rooms

Most radiology issues don’t need someone on-site — they need someone who can connect in, diagnose, and fix without a truck roll. We provide remote radiology technical support so help arrives in minutes, not days, and we work specifically in radiology, so we already know PACS, DICOM, diagnostic displays, and what “it’s not displaying right” actually means. No translating your problem to a generalist first.

After-Hours and Weekend Support

Reading doesn’t stop at 5 p.m., and neither do the problems. Teleradiologists reading overnight and centers covering weekend call need support when the issue happens — not the next business day. We offer after-hours and weekend coverage so a failed display or a dropped PACS connection doesn’t sideline a shift.

A Direct Support Process

How We Work

You reach out by phone or email with what’s happening. We connect in remotely, diagnose the actual cause — not just the symptom — and resolve it, whether that’s a PACS setting, a driver, a display configuration, or a connection. If it turns out you need new hardware, we tell you straight and can source it; if it’s a five-minute fix, it’s a five-minute fix. Either way, you get someone who works in radiology every day.

Tell Us What Is Happening

Reach out by phone or email and describe the affected workstation, display, software, or connection.

Connect Remotely

With your authorization, we connect to the affected environment and review the complete reading-station setup.

Diagnose the Cause

We identify the actual source of the problem rather than treating only the visible symptom.

Resolve or Recommend

We fix what can be fixed remotely and explain clearly if replacement hardware or another team is required.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What does your radiology technical support cover?

PACS and DICOM connectivity, diagnostic displays and multi-monitor setups, GPU and driver issues, calibration software, workstation performance, and KVM/peripherals — all remotely.

How much does one-time radiology technical support cost?

The initial inspection is free. One-time remote technical support is $149.99 per hour with a one-hour minimum. After the first hour, support is billed in 30-minute increments.

Do you offer support contracts for imaging centers?

Yes. Texel Comp offers custom support contracts for imaging centers and multi-station practices. Contract coverage can be tailored to the number of locations and stations, coverage hours, after-hours needs, and agreed technical scope.

Do you offer after-hours support?

Yes — after-hours and weekend coverage for teleradiology and on-call reading.

Do you work on my existing equipment, or only what I buy from you?

Both — we support the workstations and displays you already have, not just hardware sourced through us.

Is support remote or on-site?

Remote-first — we connect in, diagnose, and resolve most issues without a site visit, anywhere in the US.

Do you handle calibration?

We set up and troubleshoot the calibration software (QAWeb, RadiCS, LG tools); your facility's QA process owns validation.
