Texel Comp provides remote IT support services for radiology and medical imaging workstations, including but not limited to:

  • Imaging workstation setup
  • Monitor configuration and quality control
  • System optimization
  • Remote troubleshooting and support
  • Maintenance and ongoing support services

All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Free Fit Call

Texel Comp offers a free introductory call lasting approximately 10–15 minutes. This call is intended for general discussion to determine whether our services are a good fit for your needs.

Detailed diagnosis, technical troubleshooting, or system evaluation may require a paid service such as a pre-inspection or support session.

5. Pre-Inspection and Service Scope

A Pre-Inspection session is used to review the client’s workstation environment, confirm readiness, and define the scope of the requested service.

Any work requested outside the defined scope may require additional billing.

6. Service Pricing and Payments

All service pricing is clearly listed on the pricing page or provided through direct communication.

  • Remote troubleshooting services are billed hourly.
  • Minimum billing may apply depending on the service type.
  • Additional time beyond the initial service period may be billed accordingly.

Payment may be required before or after service depending on the service agreement.

7. Remote Access                                    

By requesting remote support, the client agrees to provide temporary system access necessary to perform the requested service.

Texel Comp will only access systems with explicit permission from the client and only for the duration required to complete the requested service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Texel Comp provides professional IT services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party software, hardware, or external systems.

Texel Comp is not liable for:            

  • Data loss
  • Hardware failure
  • Software compatibility issues
  • Network or internet interruptions

Clients are responsible for maintaining proper data backups before any service session.

9. Follow-Up Sessions

Certain services may include a complimentary follow-up session as described in the service package.

Follow-up sessions must be used within the specified timeframe and are limited to issues related to the original service.

New issues or additional requests may require a separate service session.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of Texel Comp unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited

11. Changes to Terms
