Texel Comp offers a free introductory call lasting approximately 10–15 minutes. This call is intended for general discussion to determine whether our services are a good fit for your needs.
Detailed diagnosis, technical troubleshooting, or system evaluation may require a paid service such as a pre-inspection or support session.
A Pre-Inspection session is used to review the client’s workstation environment, confirm readiness, and define the scope of the requested service.
Any work requested outside the defined scope may require additional billing.
All service pricing is clearly listed on the pricing page or provided through direct communication.
Payment may be required before or after service depending on the service agreement.
By requesting remote support, the client agrees to provide temporary system access necessary to perform the requested service.
Texel Comp will only access systems with explicit permission from the client and only for the duration required to complete the requested service.
Texel Comp provides professional IT services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party software, hardware, or external systems.

Clients are responsible for maintaining proper data backups before any service session.
Certain services may include a complimentary follow-up session as described in the service package.
Follow-up sessions must be used within the specified timeframe and are limited to issues related to the original service.
New issues or additional requests may require a separate service session.
